The DEVA Villa Mittermaier is located in Reit im Winkl in an idyllic, quiet location, with a beautiful mountain panorama, about eight minutes’ walk from the centre of the village. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an indoor tennis court as well as hiking and walking trails are also just a few minutes away.

An 18-hole golf course is located in the immediate vicinity, only about 5 minutes by car from the hotel, and a ski bus stop and a ski school can also be found not far from Villa Mittermaier.

In winter, daily prepared cross-country ski trails lead directly past the house. In summer, there are cycling and hiking trails that run directly in front of the villa. Our house has a restaurant where we are happy to spoil you with regional products and modern prepared dishes.

We offer 90 seats in the restaurant and a terrace with 120 seats in front of an enchanting mountain panorama.
